- Duplicate or Accidental Payment
- Service Not Initiated
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Work Already Started
- Client Delays or Non-Response
- Change of Mind
- Completed or Partially Completed Work
- Third-Party Costs
4. Digital Marketing Refunds
Due to the nature of digital marketing services (ads, SEO, social media, etc.), no refunds are provided once campaigns or strategy work begins.
Advertising budgets (Google, Meta, etc.) are paid directly to the platform and are non-refundable.
5. Custom Work Refunds
Because custom development involves substantial planning, designing, and coding, no refunds are provided once the project has moved beyond the planning phase.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delays caused by third parties (hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways) or by the client do not qualify for refunds.
